· Coordination of personnel · Fluency in Code This position is an office job with occasional day travel.
Qualifications: · 5+ years’ experience in HVAC · Understanding of MN Mechanical and Fuel Gas Code · 1+ years of personnel management experience · Valid driver's license · Excellent communication · Leadership · OSHA 30 · Magic Pak experience · Multi-family experience · Ability to work in Brainerd 2 days a week.
