Wood Working/ Parts Prep

Come enjoy the comfort of year round employment! Lonesome Cottage is looking for someone to join the parts preparation team! Lonesome Cottage Furniture Company is looking for driven, self motivated individuals with a willingness to learn or share their skills.
The parts prep team is the beginning of our manufacturing process.
They are charged with working mostly with cedar and reclaimed barnwood.
Duties include chopping out usable barnwood material, run it through a plainer, and cut to varies lengths so builders have all parts they need.
Cedar includes peeling and sanding logs, cutting to correct lengths, and running it through a tennonizer (gives it a point at the end.
) Hard working individuals who take pride in their work are encouraged to apply.
