2nd Shift Quality Assurance Tech

Responsibilities: - Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality management systems.
- Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor and enforce quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Document all quality-related activities, including test results, inspections, and non-conformances.
Skills: - Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices.
- Experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to fabricate, calibrate, and maintain testing equipment.
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting using statistical tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
