*What You'll Be Doing: *
* Conducting installations, repairs, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
* Test and commission new and existing HVAC systems
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues to provide effective solutions for faulty systems.
* Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
* Keeping up to date with industry trends and technologies.
* Rotating on-call schedule (compensated)
*What We're Looking For:*
* Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
* Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC/R systems.
* Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issues.
* General knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems.
* Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
* Familiarity with tools and equipment used in the HVAC industry.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

The vast majority of our work is conducted within the local area, which has you at home with your family every evening.
In the rare circumstance that a particular job is far enough away to require overnight stays, additional compensation is paid as well as accommodations taken care of.
