RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
· Reports to Instrument & Communications (I&C) Chief and supports Tactical Analysis Center Lead
(TAC-L) in After Action Review (AAR) operations.
· Responsible for the direct supervision of Mobile After Action Review Center (MAARC) and Video High-Definition Production (VHTP) Team Leads and temp labor pool personnel.
· Responsible for training and proficiency of MAARC and VHTP operators.
· Responsible for the physical emplacement, testing, and validation; daily operations, sustainment, and maintenance requests; recovery, packing, and load out of all MAARC sites.
· Responsible for the layout, installation, configuration, maintaining and recovery of the Tactical Analysis Centers (TAC’s), Mobile After-Action Review Centers (MAARC’s), Video Take Home Package (VHTP) Kits, Video Editor Stations, and Hand-Held Video (HHV) Operator Kits · Assist in managing work schedules and training of temporary personnel for staffing of various logistics-oriented disciplines (~60+ personnel).
Temporary personnel consist of TAC Operators, MAARC Operators, Video Take Home Package Operators, Video Editors, and Hand-Held Video Operators.
· Responsible for inspections, service, test, perform preventive maintenance and repair on all associated equipment using applicable technical publications.
· Responsible for timely reporting and / or repair of any deficiencies and inoperable equipment at MAARC sites directly impacting to I-AAR operations and delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS: · Specific Knowledge & Skills Required: Three to five years of experience with Army Network Operations that support LVC-G integrated training events preferred.
· Licenses/Certifications/Registrations, etc.
: Must possess a valid State Driver's License and maintain military installation driving privileges.
Must pass background check to allow access to Department of Defense (DOD) or State Installations.
Must be able to successfully pass the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) Information Systems Security (INFOSEC) Awareness compact disk—read-only memory (CD-ROM) course as a minimum training requirement.
· Communication Skills: Able to read, write and speak fluent English.
Microsoft Office - Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Must be able to listen with comprehension to assist fellow associates with duties/requests.
Must have excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with varying backgrounds (engineers, technicians, and military personnel) · Physical/Mental Abilities Required: Ability to use good judgment and common sense when performing job functions.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks at the same time under stressful conditions.
The highest level of confidentiality and loyalty is required.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
· Three to five years of experience developing and executing digital video and audio presentations.

· Computer and networking diagnostic and troubleshooting skills required · Management experience is required · Must become 8570.
